1. Services Provided

• Custom AI-generated images based on user input or selections
• Access to download high-quality, commercially usable images

2. Service Delivery

All services are delivered digitally. Once an order is placed, customers receive their digital files via email or account dashboard within the specified timeframe (usually within 24-48 hours).

3. Intellectual Property

Customers are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the AI-generated images for personal and commercial purposes. Redistribution or resale of the images without alteration may be restricted.

4. Payment & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. As we deliver digital content, all sales are final once services are rendered, except in cases of non-delivery or technical error.

5. Limitation of Liability

We aim to provide the highest quality service, but we make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes or financial gain resulting from the use of our images.
